Week 1: Overexercising

We will research facts about exercise/cortisol and how it affects results when we are chronically stressed.

We will also go over the 4 phases and briefly talk about how to work with them for optimal results.

*for women with no cycle, we will also discuss how to work with and balance your hormones.

Week 2: Boundaries

We will discuss barriers to setting boundaries, why boundaries are important, and discuss practical ways to set them so we are putting our health and well-being at the forefront.

Week 3: Sleep

We will review and discuss research on sleep and its affects on hormone health. We will also talk about how to implement a practical sleep routine.

Week 4: Presence

We will talk about the importance of presence when it comes to optimizing our mental and hormonal health and learn how to integrate and individuate mindfulness practices into daily life (food, exercise, etc.) to know how to determine what you need at any given moment.
